Records whose supported imported enforcement value explicitly contains a mobile-camera classification.

Records whose supported imported enforcement value contains “average” or “section”.
Red-light records

Records whose supported imported enforcement value contains “red_light” or “traffic_signals”.
Interpretation limit
A missing or unsupported enforcement value is not evidence that a camera lacks other capabilities. The source snapshot and parser support only the explicit rules documented on the methodology page.
